It's NEVER just a hiatus, this is the first time I came back since I read this as usually, these things basically mean "we're dead", I've seen it a billion times.

I think that to receive the home loans from banks you should have a great reason. Nevertheless, one time I've got a bank loan, because I wanted to buy a house.
